Develop inspection procedures for unique components and materials
Ensure compliance to federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications
Perform inspections across all stages of production
Generate nonconformance reports
Prepare and maintain test data for review
Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
Understand and follow the Quality Management System (QMS)
Conduct periodic audits of production processes
Conduct training for inspection staff on processes and tools
Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods
Perform special assignments for other departments, such as but not limited to, Engineering, when required
