We are looking for a Change Management Assistant to support the OCM lead on ERP capital projects, including the planning, development, and delivery of job aids, instructional videos, in-person and remote training, and other forms of communication. This position will be a contract and hybrid in Denver, PA.
What You’ll Do
Participate in organizational change management activities for technology projects as a team member
Contribute to the development of stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, project communication plan, and end-user training plan
Support the execution of change readiness plans, including readiness surveys, analysis of results, and recommending actions to Project Leads
Collaborate with project team members in developing training content, communications, job aids, and security/controls for organizational change
Establish the structure in EnableNow to house training materials and job aids
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions with business super users and deliver assigned training courses to end-users
Collect basic user behavior data to improve adoption strategies in collaboration with Functional Leads and Business Super Users
Develop surveys and conduct interviews to gather end-user and management feedback on technology adoption challenges
Perform administrative activities such as scheduling training classes, aggregating data, and maintaining regular updates to the stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment
What You’ll Need
Required:
High School diploma minimum; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or Education preferred
2 years of functional or procurement experience and experience with SAP S/4 HANA
Proficiency in MS-Office products
Preferred:
ITIL Foundations certification
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$35.00-$38.00 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
