New Zealand Certificate in Distribution (Level 4). New Zealand Certificate in Workplace Health & Safety Practice (Level 4). Management training or demonstrated leadership competency. Experience, Knowledge & Skills Minimum 5 years’ experience in a multi‑SKU FMCG warehouse at supervisory or frontline management level. Strong people leadership and team‑motivation capability. Proven delivery of WHS initiatives , including return‑to‑work processes. Experience with continuous improvement , problem‑solving and planning. Customer‑focused mindset with experience managing internal/external stakeholders. Exposure to primary transport operations. Proficiency with warehouse technology (RF scanning, automation systems). High security awareness. Personal Attributes Customer‑oriented, calm under pressure and results‑driven. Systematic thinker with strong communication skills. Adaptable, reliable, punctual and committed to consistent attendance. Comfortable with technology and inventory systems. Positive attitude and strong team orientation.
