Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Support our service network in identifying the correct spare parts and retrofit kits to drive customer satisfaction.
- Speed up responsiveness and secure the functionality of Hiab products and the flow of parts.
- Collaborate and align with other departments within Hiab.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Product Lifecycle Managers, R&D, Parts Catalogues team) and external partners (Dealers, Importers, and Suppliers).
