Job Qualification
- Provide assistance related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of specific computer software application programs as per the work instruction by company with minimum supervision
- Coordinate and escalate the issues that are not in company work instruction to application team or direct supervisor
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve to complex issues and implement fixes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
