How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and ensure all required processes and documentation are completed on time.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including employee exit documentation and coordination with relevant departments
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems accurately.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for HR-related activities.
  • Prepare reports and track onboarding and offboarding progress.
  • Support employees by answering basic HR process-related inquiries.
