Job Description
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and ensure all required processes and documentation are completed on time.
- Manage offboarding processes, including employee exit documentation and coordination with relevant departments
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems accurately.
- Provide administrative and operational support for HR-related activities.
- Prepare reports and track onboarding and offboarding progress.
- Support employees by answering basic HR process-related inquiries.
