Participate in customer, company and industry sponsored forums, courses and training sessions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key BSC functional areas.
Foster talent development within the team, recruit prospective BSC sales representatives and ensures adherence to recruiting policies.
Spends a minimum of 70% of your time in the field with sales representative to support their professional development, strengthen relationships and gain insight into customer needs. Conduct regular field assessments, coaching and development activities with the Division ATMs and actively mentor experienced TMs.
