CASEWORKER - Bethany Program

The Caseworker is a professional staff position in the Bethany Program (young mother and child program), a division of SCO Family of Services. The role requires strong commitment to family involvement, residential group care, and agency goals. The caseworker supports client growth using a goal-directed, child-centered, family-focused, neighborhood-based approach that promotes dignity, empowerment, and self-determination. Caseworkers partner with families, youth, and neighborhood residents. The work is demanding and requires flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and a nonjudgmental approach.
