Inter Emirates Motors (MG) is looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Showroom Supervisor to lead our sales operations. This role is ideal for an experienced automotive sales professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Showroom Supervisor, you will oversee daily showroom activities, support and coach the sales team, drive sales performance, and ensure the achievement of business objectives related to vehicle sales, trade-ins, customer satisfaction, and lead management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve new vehicle sales targets.
- Oversee trade-in appraisals, incoming used vehicle stock, and related sales activities.
- Review sales performance regularly and implement action plans to maximize results.
- Support Sales Consultants in closing deals and managing customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and sales procedures.
- Monitor lead management activities and customer follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally to maintain high CSI scores.
- Coordinate showroom participation in outdoor events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through continuous feedback and on-the-job training.
- Prepare performance reports and contribute to forecasting and business planning activities.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant automotive sales experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of vehicle sales operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and achieve sales targets.
