Strong Electrical and/or Mechanical background required. Proficiency in designing, deploying, and auditing Standard Work, Line Balancing, and Capacity Planning.
Proficiency in structured Problem-Solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, A3) and experience facilitating PFMEA workshops.
CAD and CAM fundamentals knowledge and demonstrated skills
Demonstrated experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and practical application of tools like Kaizen, 5S, and Visual Management.
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and projects, including experience managing Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects from justification through successful installation.
Change Leadership: Proven ability to influence and motivate change across all levels of the organization, particularly on the shop floor.
Analytical Thinking: Highly analytical, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear action plans and justifiable business cases (ROI).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information clearly to technicians, managers, and executive leadership.
