Job Description

  • Proven experience in a broad HR or People & Culture generalist role, preferably within a site based, industrial or fast paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of core HR fundamentals including employee relations, performance management and recruitment
  • The ability to build trust and credibility with leaders and frontline employees
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with the confidence to work autonomously
  • Well developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong administration skills and experience using MS Office and HRIS (SuccessFactors experience is highly regarded)
