Maintains personnel files; ensures all documents are fully completed before uploading.
Maintains SAP to ensure our hourly and salaried employees are paid correctly every payroll cycle by providing general oversight of new hire, terminations, cost center, supervisor, position, etc. changes & running appropriate reports to ensure information is properly reconciled prior to payroll run.
Performs all aspects of training program management, including collaborating with the various departments on program planning and design, identifying training resources, scheduling and associated communication, and assists with documenting and tracking training completion and effectiveness.
Be in charge supporting contractors and vendor badges.
Assist with the new hire training/orientation.
Other duties and responsabilties may be required.
