Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency and safety of the department.
Trains new or newly assigned employees on their job duties and job responsibilities, including the quality and safety aspects of their job.
Performs regular production activities when not addressing downtime issues.
Reviews process documents for accuracy and completeness.
Supports and completes 5s audits as required.
Maintain clean, organized, safe working environment with equipment and materials located in proper locations in accordance with 5S standards inside and outside of facility.
Provide back-up support when Production Group Leader is not available.
Ability to work all designated shifts.
Excellent attendance record.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Production Line Lead has limited responsibilities for the direction of production employees. Specifically, they can assign and direct the work of hourly production employees.
