Good understanding of global compensation and benefits best practices, principles and trends
Proficiency in/knowledge of compensation & benefits job evaluation methodology and surveys such as Mercer, WTW or Korn-Ferry frameworks
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to work in multi-country and cross-functional setup
Experience in Rewards consulting would be an advantage
Strong project management skills in a cross-functional project set up
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
