Job Description
Demonstrated experience in a Continuous Improvement leadership role within a large or complex environment
Strong Warehouse Operations experience in a site/Operations leadership capacity, including P&L accountability
Proven capability in Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding status reporting; work extensively with site and Operations Managers to drive continuous improvement outcomes
Possesses a hands-on approach, comfortable navigating ambiguities and managing priorities, able to multitask and work under time pressure
Excellent facilitation, moderation, and training skills; possess strong persuasive skills when presenting proposed solution(s) to customers. Strong analytical skills with good commercial and technical understanding in the context of a 3PL environment
