Job Description

  • Head & administer the Field Sales for the Country. Ensuring constant development.
  • Line leadership of Branch/region/country sales team & Build Strong & robust sales team in branch/region/country.
  • Ensure all country’s sales policies, processes and guidelines are implemented and adhered to in the branch/region.
  • Meet and exceed Branch/regional/country growth targets.
  • Achievement of team Budget GP & volume
  • New business generation should be at 15% of the Budgeted GP & Volume defined for a particular year
  • 15% growth in volumes over Last year from each of the field sales teams in the branches.
  • Sales Manager to ensure 90% of the Sales team members should their GP & Volumes Budget
  • Ensure 100% collection of payment of the entire sales team
  • Ensure implementation of MSD, SOP, IOP, Customer service allocation myDSV tool, CAF & auto rating for all customers.
  • Fostering strong interpersonal relationships with staff across departments such as Operations, Customer Service, HR, and Finance
