Job Description
Carry out daily quality inspections and internal audits across site operations.
Support document control activities, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Review and question processes where product or service quality concerns are identified.
Assist with fact-based problem solving and prioritisation of quality issues.
Support the Quality Manager with site-wide quality projects and initiatives.
Assist in preparing 8D (Eight Disciplines) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) responses for customers.
Ensure documentation is maintained in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and governance standards.
Take reasonable care for your own Health & Safety and that of others, reporting hazards promptly.
Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required to support site quality objectives.
