Monitor ticket queues, priorities tasks to meet SLAs
Assist with analysis of dispatch status
Inform clients of order status in a timely manner
Provide operational and administrative support and assistance to the Customer Service Manager and DSV Operations and Transport teams in relation to orders, deliveries, and transport/freight administration
Support existing and new products and services, look at ways of reducing costs and increasing profitability for the company and retaining existing clients and business
Assist and resolve invoice queries in conjunction with operations/account management
Develop and maintain productive and positive relationships with clients
