Job Description

  • Respond in a timely manner to phone and email enquiries sent from the client relating to orders, deliveries, and transport.
  • Monitor ticket queues, priorities tasks to meet SLAs
  • Assist with analysis of dispatch status
  • Inform clients of order status in a timely manner 
  • Provide operational and administrative support and assistance to the Customer Service Manager and DSV Operations and Transport teams in relation to orders, deliveries, and transport/freight administration
  • Support existing and new products and services, look at ways of reducing costs and increasing profitability for the company and retaining existing clients and business
  • Assist and resolve invoice queries in conjunction with operations/account management
  • Develop and maintain productive and positive relationships with clients
