Job Description
This role supports operational performance improvement, drives digital solution development, and leads continuous improvement initiatives. It requires strong analytical skills, solution design capability, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
A. KPI Performance Support
• Support Operations teams in interpreting KPI logic, definitions, and performance drivers.
• Monitor KPI trends, identify performance shortfalls, and support root cause analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and improvement plans.
• Provide insights and recommendations that help operations sustain KPI performance.
B. Digital Solution Development & Technology Enablement
• Identify opportunities to digitalize or automate operational processes.
• Design, develop, and prototype digital solutions using low-code tools, automation platforms, or programming languages.
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, Operations, and Corporate teams to ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Lead solution testing, deployment, user training, and change management.
• Track post implementation performance and refine solutions as needed.
C. Continuous Improvement
• Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and data studies to identify inefficiencies.
• Propose practical and innovative solutions to streamline processes, reduce waste, and eliminate manual work.
• Lead or support project implementation, ensuring solutions are embedded and sustained.
