Define, maintain and improve global standards, process documentation and data governance for Banks, Frauds and Vendor Portal.
Monitor and analyse data quality, identify root causes and drive long-term corrective actions.
Ensure that countries, ISSC teams and relevant stakeholders understand and follow process governance through regular training and communication.
Review processes periodically to identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation.
Conduct audits, build improvement pipelines and execute initiatives based on findings.
Lead assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring effective coordination, risk management and timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with ISSC, countries, IT, compliance, system owners and other GPOs to support aligned and efficient end-to-end processes.
Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis, reporting and master data initiatives.
