Group Process Owner - Digital Products (Location & Party) (M/F/D)

Job Description

 

We are looking for a Group Process Owner responsible for governance, process excellence and data quality in the Location and Party domains within the EDP program. As the Business Owner of these areas, you will drive their future development, ensure continuous improvements and support the creation of consistent end-to-end data flows across DSV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain and improve global standards, documentation, processes and data governance for the Location and Party domains.
  • Own the improvement pipeline and ensure a continuous feedback loop with the EDP program to optimise end-to-end data flows. 
  • Monitor data quality, identify root causes and implement long-term corrective actions to ensure accuracy and consistency. 
  • Conduct regular training sessions for GBS, Finance SPOCs, EDP teams, divisional SPOCs and additional stakeholders. 
  • Lead initiatives related to innovation, automation and standardisation to improve Location and Party data processes. 
  • Conduct GBS audits and use findings to support continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Manage assigned projects from initiation to closure, coordinating tasks and ensuring timely delivery. 
  • Collaborate with key internal partners including EDP, GBS, countries, FT organisation, IT, compliance and other GPOs. 
  • Provide support for master data initiatives and handle ad-hoc requests from management. 

Requirements

  • Solid experience in master data management and logistics processes. 
  • Strong background in process management, including process mapping, documentation and continuous improvement methodologies. 
  • Experience with MDG, ERP, Lean, Six Sigma or project management methodologies is an advantage. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence in a collaborative way. 
  • Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, with the ability to generate practical solutions. 
  • High attention to detail, strong accountability and ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment. 
  • Experience working in a corporate and/or international environment. 
  • Fluent English. 
  • Strong MS Office skills; experience with Power BI, Jira, SharePoint and SAP MDG is an advantage. 
  • University degree or equivalent.
