Manage, maintain, and continuously improve DSV Australia’s Quality Assurance and HSE System in accordance with company policies and ISO 9001 and ISO13485
Prepare for and manage external ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 audits (including surveillance and tri-annual), ensuring timely completion and re-certification
Schedule and oversee internal audits, ensuring timely execution and completion on required actions
Report on the effectiveness of the Quality Management & HSE System to management and recommend improvements
Provide monthly NCR and customer complaint reports and analyse rework/analyse data to support managers in achieving continual department improvement
Monitor and analyse SOPs, WIs, and SWPs for deviations and optimization opportunities, including root cause analysis and reporting on key quality indicators
Ensure compliance with DSV QH&S policies, operational procedures and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with departments and management to set quality benchmarks and support ongoing process and service quality improvements
