Job Description

  • Retain and grow revenue for assigned accounts overachieving on sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the global sales team to successfully onboard new customers
  • Build strong relationships and gather intelligence that will increase retention and uncover new revenue opportunities
  • Maintain high levels of activity and regular customer engagement throughout the subscription via online meetings/emails
  • Give product demonstrations and conduct presentations tailoring the value proposition to the customer’s needs
  • Record all customer activities in internal systems, including Salesforce
