Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a comparable field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in marketing, ideally B2B industrial. You know your way around online & offline activities, events and trainings — and you’re excited to keep learning and expanding your expertise.
- Expertise:
- Strong project management and the ability to turn strategy into actionable, impactful plans.
- Solid digital marketing knowledge, including analytics and marketing technologies.
- Analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in performance measurement, KPIs, and ROI optimization.
- Confidence in interpreting complex data and converting it into recommendations.
- Language Skills: Fluent English (C1+). German is a strong plus — and will make your life easier.
- Personality:
- Hands on mentality with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, collaborative and solution driven
- Willingness to travel 10–20%
- Alignment with our hybrid work policy (4 days onsite / 1 day remote; 3:2 model for employees with kids under 12 living in the household)
