Job Description

Main Tasks

• Supporting the sales department in servicing, maintaining existing customers and technical needs

• Presentation of the products both from a technical point of view and from a sales perspective

• Provide technical support to the sales team and customers. On-site visits, start-ups, supervise pilot projects and trials.

• Technical support including basic design of our elements for sales team and customers

• Research regarding possible revenue generation 

• Researching project-specific details in the project award phase 

• Maintain positive long-term relationships with Customers / distributors / dealers / end users through customer visits and providing consultation and technical services and support on M+H filtration brands.

• Provide regularly written reports about his/her activities

• Manage the day-to-day operational activities for customers.

• Conduct seminars, exhibitions, product trainings/workshops for distributors/dealers, OEM, consultant and end users.

• Working hand in hand with the sales team members, Product Managers and Technical Team for new pilots, development of new products suiting the regional requirement and applications and providing design support.

• Travel and attend client meetings to support Sales Managers as and when needed and not limited to a particular sector, area or region.

• Assume sales responsibility for a particular assigned customer base.
