Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead the Group’s financial planning, performance management, and strategic analysis across a portfolio of global luxury travel brands. This role is central to supporting executive decision-making, driving financial discipline, and enhancing visibility on performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across all business units
  • Develop robust, driver-based financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
  • Ensure alignment between financial plans and strategic priorities across brands and geographies

Performance Management

  • Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reviews, providing clear insights on revenue, margins, and cost drivers
  • Track key KPIs including occupancy, yield, pricing, and segment profitability
  • Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actionable mitigation plans

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare high-quality materials for Board, shareholders, and lenders
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial reporting across the Group

Data & Analytics

  • Develop and enhance data-driven reporting capabilities across the FP&A function
  • Leverage tools such as Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards and automate reporting
  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple systems and sources to generate actionable insights
  • Improve data quality, accessibility, and consistency across the organization

Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership
  • Implement best practices, tools, and systems to enhance FP&A capabilities

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A and Managerial Control
  • Background in travel, hospitality, or transportation preferred
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an international organization
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Solid experience in data analytics, including Power BI or equivalent tools
  • Proven ability to extract, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
