Experience and Qualifications

Degree or equivalent professional qualification;

Significant leadership experience in an educational or residential setting;

Proven safeguarding expertise; DSL experience desirable;

First Aid qualification and experience with student medical care;

Essential: prior experience in boarding education;
-
Desirable: training through the Boarding Schools’ Association (BSA) or equivalent professional boarding accreditation;

Desirable: familiarity with CIS and Cognia accreditation frameworks and with International Baccalaureate programmes;
-
Desirable: familiarity with CPOMS, iSAMS and GDPR compliance.
