We are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Specialist who is proactive, quality‑driven, and well‑organized to join our Clinical Packaging & logistics Operations team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine‑l’Alleud, Belgium.
About the role:
In this role, you will play a key part in the end‑to‑end operational execution of clinical trial logistics and warehousing activities. You are going to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate distribution of clinical supplies worldwide, supporting trials from Phase 1 to Phase 4. You will work hands‑on with distribution, inventory, and warehouse operations, while collaborating closely with internal and external partners to continuously improve processes and service quality.
Who you will work with:
You will work closely with colleagues across Clinical Supply Chain, Clinical Packaging & Logistics Operations, Quality, and Distribution Compliance teams. You are going to collaborate daily with internal stakeholders, carriers, warehouses, and external partners, building strong relationships to ensure smooth execution of clinical distribution activities.
What you will do :
- You will manage end‑to‑end clinical distribution activities, from shipment planning to returns, destruction, and study close‑out.
- You will coordinate shipment priorities and ensure timely execution with carriers and internal stakeholders.
- You will oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and material dispensing.
- You will ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, HSE, and UCB quality standards across all logistics activities.
- You will investigate issues, contribute to deviations, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will maintain accurate records in SAP ERP, generate reports, and support invoice management.

- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or production environments.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and HSE requirements; clinical trial supply experience is a plus.
- Good IT skills, with hands‑on experience using SAP ERP in a warehouse or distribution context.
- Fluent in English and French, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Structured, curious, quality‑minded, and comfortable working in a regulated environment.
