To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
1 - Customer Service
Processing of product returns and credit/ debit notes according to Global O2C and Finance policies or rather SOPs.
Inclusion of free samples, PSP, replacements regarding “SAC” and shipments for analysis in SAP;
SAP Order Control (SAP vs Luft)
Outbound Delivery Status and FUP
Customer Data SAP Maintenance
Tender Order Inclusion & FUP
Support & monitoring of the O2C activities.
Execute key controls in O2C to minimize risks and to ensure to be best in class.
Regular customer qualification and documentation (regulatory licenses update) to secure keeping accurate customer master data records in SAP. Ad hoc/ regular reporting and analysis.

FUP Deliveries MoH to UCB
FUP Deliveries Inbound MoH
Short Exp Date to MoH
2- Logistic Process (Inbound and Outbound)
Support & monitoring of the administrative importation activities, like vendor payments and systems updates;
Monitoring of the 3PL activities;
Inbound Finance Compensation (EIC)
Numerario import and sublease.
Broker Cashflow Control
Airport/Seaport Spent
Freight Forwarder Spent
Import Damages x Insurance
DDR Letters to Transporters
LOI to Vendors (Damage)
Damage Claims
3- GMP/GDP Compliance Management
Support Quality and ensure compliance (GDP, falsified medicines…)
4- Reporting and KPI
Prepare or/and monitor internal KPIs (Returns %...) and report to group (timely-correct and complete)
Identify improvement opportunities in the areas of quality, cost, and sac
Sell In - Sell Out Monitor Preparation
Daily Sales Cut FUP & Report
Order Entry FUP (IQVIA vs SAP)
5- Projects
Support local projects (Business Development, reporting to Authorities, SAP tests into AE1…) on top of global (Supply Chain, Tax, Business Development…) ones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Strong experience in supply chain area;
Fluent English and local language required.
Experience with any ERP, SAP is desirable.
Experience within the context of an international organization.
