Job Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, translating business needs (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering) into effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with strong rigor in both technical and competency-based assessments for specialized roles.
  • Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract passive talent and build robust pipelines for critical positions.
  • Influence and advise stakeholders through market insights, data, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Leverage data, metrics, and ATS tools to track performance, generate insights, and drive process efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement with a focus on operational excellence and quality of hire.
