Manage and oversee the fulfillment of security contractual obligations, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Collaborate closely with internal account management, sales, and various departments to align security solutions with client needs.
Deliver excellent service to clients by conducting risk assessments, responding to security questionnaires, and addressing security concerns.
Support the sales team by assisting with Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), bids, and due diligence activities.
Support internal and external audits, including client internal audits and third-party audits for standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC 1, SOC 2, GDPR, NYDFS, and others.
Stay informed about local regulations, industry standards, and best practices to ensure the organization’s compliance in the region.
Engage with clients to discuss and educate them on cyber security practices, fostering a deeper understanding and awareness.
