Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize ServiceNow performance while ensuring security and compliance.
Contribute to and maintain technical documentation and support testing plans to resolve bugs and ensure application quality.
Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and foster continuous improvement across the team.
Implement SecOps modules, automate IT operations using AIOps and monitoring integration, and collaborate to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while aligning work with organizational goals.
