Qualifications & Work Experience
- Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field; Degree holders are an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, facilities, or building management.
- Prior experience in facilities operations, maintenance coordination, or contractor management is preferred.
Skills
- Working knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and basic budget monitoring.
- Strong coordination, organisational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards, audit requirements, and regulated operational environments is advantageous.
- Proficient in administrative documentation and basic reporting.
