Coordinate closely with Final Test technicians, Manufacturing Engineers (MFEs), planners, and warehouse personnel to support daily operations.
Ensure tool teardowns and ship along materials are properly bagged, labeled, and handled in accordance with applicable Manufacturing Instructions (MIs).
Process excess tool materials and return items to inventory in collaboration with planners and MFEs associated with specific sales orders.
Utilize SAP system to execute material transactions, including purchase requisitions supporting production floor needs.
Communicate material discrepancies to planners and MFEs, including issues related to tool teardowns and materials credited back to inventory.
Maintain organization of Final Test bay material racks, ensuring compliance with manufacturing and 5S (safety) standards.
Supply and replenish materials required in each Final Test bay for daily production activities.
