Develops and maintains best known methods (BKM) for process control, process development and continuous improvement. Drive adoption of BKMs and new applications
Maintains a working knowledge of laser anneal systems process, hardware and relevant diagnostics; plans, implements and controls measure to enhance system performance
Solves process problems in straightforward situations and when needed reach out to service and engineering teams and drive to solution
Presents technical aspects of products to customers and sales channels
Provides on-the-job training, education and assistance to fellow team members both within the local team, company, for customers and partners
Works as a member of a cross-functional team with service and sales personnel and company product lines to support and revenue requirements
Communicates and participates technical trainings regularly with product lines to enhance the professional knowledge and to gather up-to-date product information
Checks and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system
