3–6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (CPG preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish) required
Experience supporting global or retail customers preferred
Strong analytical capability, including experience with customer and internal data systems (e.g., Retail Link, Scintilla, S4H)
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
Results-oriented, with ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Proven ability to influence across functions and markets and drive alignment
Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience leading projects or initiatives preferred
Ability to adapt to varying market needs and changing customer demands
Experience working across diverse teams and international markets
Knowledge of Hershey sales organization and/or distributor experience a plus
