Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, or related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (CPG preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
  • Experience supporting global or retail customers preferred
  • Strong analytical capability, including experience with customer and internal data systems (e.g., Retail Link, Scintilla, S4H)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Results-oriented, with ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to influence across functions and markets and drive alignment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience leading projects or initiatives preferred
  • Ability to adapt to varying market needs and changing customer demands
  • Experience working across diverse teams and international markets
  • Knowledge of Hershey sales organization and/or distributor experience a plus
