Maintains U.S. Large Format, Small Format, and Walmart/Club promotion guidelines and guardrails, informed by insights from deeper channel/customer-specific analyses, that minimize marketplace disruption
Works directly with U.S. Large Format, Small Format, Walmart/Club and digicom Sales teams, Customer Planning and Sales Finance to build optimized, event-level annual promotion plans during the annual Sales planning process, and to conduct regular in-year reviews of promotion effectiveness vs. plans
Assists in the development, management, and execution of a performance-based trade architecture that incents value-creating marketplace behavior
Assists in the development, management, and execution of performance management processes, including standardized KPI reporting for planning and business review purposes
