Back to jobsProvide support for and/or review (as deemed necessary) the SEC reporting process, including the Company’s Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and other required form filings. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, MD&A and XBRL and tie-out of financial statements and disclosures.
Analyze financial statements (e.g., balance sheet and income statement) and explain significant variances.
Provide support to, and collaborate with, business partners, including Legal, Investor Relations, Treasury and Corporate Communications, to ensure the accuracy of other filings, such as Earnings Release materials, the Proxy Statement and other shareholder materials.
