Trade promotional checks are to be processed and mailed within 30 days of quarter end.
Brokerage checks are to be processed and mailed within 15 days of month end.
Receives, analyzes and creates weekly claims payments.
Obtains appropriate approval.
Ensures that claims are processed against the proper program, customer and product group for accurate financial reporting.
Reviews, analyzes, codes and processes customer charge back (deductions) against the proper program, customer and product line.
Ensure proper approval.
Provides updates to management on outstanding, unresolved charge backs.
Supports Trade Promotions Supervisor and Claims Manager through special project analysis.
