Job Description
Build a controlled, compliant, and scalable procurement environment as our Procurement Policy and Process Manager. You will define and maintain enterprise procurement policies, standards, and end-to-end processes that are practical, adopted, and continuously improved. Partnering across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Procurement teams, you’ll reduce risk, boost compliance, and enable consistent, efficient execution, ideal for a detail-oriented leader who drives governance, clarity, and measurable process improvements in a fast-paced enterprise.
The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $133,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise procurement policies, SOPs, and standards.

Define approval thresholds, controls, and governance requirements.

Ensure policies are practical, scalable, and business-aligned.

Act as the primary authority for policy interpretation, issue resolution, and exception guidance.

Design end-to-end procurement processes –from category strategy, strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier management, risk management to purchase order management.

Identify pain points and inefficiencies and lead process improvements.

Standardize workflows to reduce variation and risk.

Own remediation plans for policy and audit findings, partnering with Internal Audit and Finance to close gaps.

Track and report compliance performance metrics and trends to Procurement leadership.

Partner with Internal Audit, Legal, and Finance on control requirements.

Develop training, job aids, and guidance to support policy and process adoption.

Partner with Procurement Transformation Lead on enterprise-wide policy or process rollout and continuous improvement.
