We’re looking for a driven, people-first Recruiter to join our In-Retail team as a true extension of the field. You’ll embed yourself in our retail programming, learn the rep profile as well as any field manager does, and own the candidate journey from first contact through first shift—helping our programs stay fully staffed with strong, customer-ready talent. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for someone who brings urgency, ownership, and a competitive, KPI-driven mindset focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience (including reducing time-to-fill and time-to-start).
