A solid foundational understanding of EBAs and industrial environments, with willingness to continue building capability
Exposure to tunnelling, civil, construction, or heavy industry environments (highly regarded and supported to grow)
Hands-on experience or familiarisation with roles such as heavy diesel fitters, boilermakers, auto electricians, drill fitters, mechanical trades assistants, or similar trade-based roles
Strong knowledge of licenses, tickets, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
