Resourcing and Delivery Prevention Manager

The Resourcing and Delivery Prevention Manager leads prevention, safeguarding and partnership activity within Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service (CFRS), managing teams and resources to ensure the effective delivery of person centred community safety outcome and deputising for the Prevention, Protection and Safeguarding (PPS)Area Manager. PPS plays a critical role in reducing risk, protecting vulnerable people and keeping communities safe. You will be part of a collaborative leadership team that works closely with operation crew, specialist prevention staff, council services and a wide range of external partners to deliver integrated, evidence led community safety outcomes across Cornwall.
