Role overview: The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing digital resourcing solutions that enhance customer value and align with our Growth Strategy. Key duties include customising recommendations to meet client requirements, facilitating collaborative decision-making processes, and leveraging expertise in Resourcing Technology and processes. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping the Digital Resourcing roadmap for TBS, promoting efficiency, fairness, and cost-effectiveness for customers and have a strong understanding of Re This position requires establishing strong customer relationships, working in tandem with the Resourcing Innovation team and Growth Sales, networking within Sopra Steria Group—particularly with Development teams—and supporting TBS's expansion. All of the work will be underpinned by the wider TBS Architectural strategy. Role responsibilities accountabilities Ways of Working Leading on the design and overseeing the build of a range of digital resourcing products. Responsibility for the quality and profitability of project deliverables, assuring added value to our customers. Engage with and apply appropriate governance, management methodologies, processes and procedures for the end-to-end project tasks they deliver or supervise. Identify appropriate resources, with the right expertise for project delivery. Subject MatterExpertise Identify opportunities for growth with new and/or existing customers. Directly or indirectly contribute to growth activity (qualification of opportunities and designing of consulting solutions) Ability to identify the needs of customers and propose suitable solutions. Lead in the development of customer proposals engaging with all relevant partners. Identify, prepare and negotiate additional work requests in keeping with the growth plan. Influence the customer's direction with appropriate challenge and proposition. Work in partnership with the customer to take ownership of the proposed solutions and coordinate senior customer engagement. Design digital Recruitment solutions to meet the needs of the customers by utilising appropriate skills and methods of delivery. Adhere to and promote the UK and Group's principles on quality and security. Actively research innovative ideas in the marketplace to make sure the business continuously improves potential propositions. Apply Sopra Steria UK values and story consistently with both internal and external customers. Leading Managing Oversea the building and delivery aspects of a client projects to ensure timely delivery and quality to customers. Coordinate tasks for a solution, lead internal development team(s) and ensuring profitability and efficiency. Essential skills and experience Knowledge experience Have personal areas of expertise in Business Consulting within a Digital / IT /Resourcing transformation environment. Experience working on diverse consulting projects, demonstrating the ability to handle complex tasks, lead teams, and deliver impactful results. A track record of effectively analysing complex problems, developing innovative solutions, and overseeing their implementation. A history of adapting to different industries, client cultures, and project scopes, showcasing versatility and flexibility. Experience of developing service propositions and taking these to market. Attributes/qualities Demonstrates awareness of commercial opportunities A strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs. Ability to develop internal and external customer relationships at all levels. Capable of navigating conflicts constructively The ability to lead and inspire a team through success.
