Back to jobsDeliver theoretical and practical engineering training in line with approved training programmes and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all training activities comply with EASA Part-145, Part-147, and company procedures where applicable
Support the Training Site Lead in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering training requirements across the site
Provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, and performance support to apprentices and trainees throughout their development
Deliver on-the-job training sessions to apprentices and trainees.
