Standardisation and governance of Line Maintenance processes and practices
Escalation and management of Line Maintenance risks impacting safety, compliance, or operational stability,
Acting as the primary regulatory and operational interface for Part 145 Line Maintenance matters
Lead and manage all line maintenance operations across Ryanair bases and outstations
Ensure maximum aircraft availability and dispatch reliability
Oversee daily maintenance activities, defect rectification, and troubleshooting
Drive a strong safety culture and operational discipline across all locations
Monitor and improve key KPIs:
Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
