
Corporate Actions Client Support Associate Director
Job Description
This role supports Asset Servicing Operations (ASO) within Income Processing Operations and Asset Services Client Services, delivering timely, accurate, and compliant income event support across DTC platforms. The team serves as a primary client contact, providing inquiry support and escalation management while partnering with Operations and internal stakeholders. The role responds to client inquiries across phone, Salesforce, and MyDTCC; researches and resolves issues; coordinates escalations; and ensures accurate case management through completion. In addition to daily client support, the role contributes to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, automation, and client outcomes. Through strong collaboration and a client‑centric approach, the role supports risk mitigation, service excellence, and ongoing modernization.
