Senior Compliance AnalystWhat does a successful Senior Compliance Analyst do at Fiserv?
The Compliance Senior Analyst will support the Senior Compliance Manager in the management and execution of an efficient regulatory compliance program and associated reporting, as well as promote a culture of regulatory compliance throughout the organisation.
The role holder will have exposure to the Irish regulatory environment and will be expected to support ongoing engagement with regulatory authorities, including the Central Bank of Ireland and other relevant supervisory bodies where applicable. The successful candidate will support the firm’s compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks including the Central Bank of Ireland Fitness & Probity Regime and the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF).
What you will do:
Manage and/or support the firms International Compliance Framework and support the Compliance Function in the design and roll out of the Annual Compliance Plan
Support the Compliance Function in managing day-to-day engagement with regulatory authorities, including responses to regulatory queries, information requests, inspections and thematic reviews.
Assist in monitoring and assessing developments relating to the Central Bank of Ireland’s Individual Accountability Framework (IAF), including Fitness & Probity, Conduct Standards and governance-related obligations.
Assist with the preparation of regulatory submissions, notifications and management information for senior management committees and the Board.
Support the implementation and embedding of regulatory governance frameworks, policies and procedures across the business.
Provide compliance guidance and challenge to the business on regulatory matters impacting the firm’s operations and control environment.
Assist in the development and execution of compliance risk assessments, and a risk-based monitoring and testing plan
Horizon scanning for upcoming regulatory changes to include monitoring of Central Bank of Ireland, European and International regulatory requirements including analysis of Regulation and Legislation and implement changes to local policies as necessary
Support the Compliance Function in implementing Data Protection Policy and support the 1st line in addressing Data Privacy issues, including the management and reporting of Data Privacy Incidents
Assisting the 1st line in responding to Data Subject Requests (DSRS)
Regulatory Training – Delivery of periodic training and communications to the 1st line of defence
What you will need to have:
Experience working within a regulated financial services environment, preferably within payments, banking, fintech or acquiring.
Experience engaging with regulatory authorities, including supporting responses to regulatory requests, reviews or supervisory interactions.
Good understanding of the Central Bank of Ireland regulatory framework, including the Fitness & Probity Regime and Individual Accountability Framework (IAF).
Knowledge of Irish and European financial services regulatory requirements and expectations.
Strong understanding of governance, conduct and compliance risk management principles.
Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business guidance.

Education: LCI and/or recognised Data Protection qualification advantageous
