Job Description
You will be responsible for conducting hearing screens on newborn babies in accordance with VIHSP protocols and procedures. You will communicate with parents in a sensitive and accurate manner, while maintaining thorough and timely documentation across multiple IT systems.
The role includes performing newborn hearing screening at Wangaratta as well as weekly travel on Thursdays to provide hearing screening across the Hume region. This involves visiting sites such as Yarrawonga, Bright, Mansfield and Benalla on a rotating schedule. Occasional shifts at Wodonga may also be offered.
Classification for this position will range from AO21 - AO25 (FTE base salary $66,768 to $73,811.92 per annum, plus superannuation).
