Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual account plan
  • Manage customer negotiations in line with Reckitt’s commercial strategy and retailer trading terms
  • Own account planning and forecasting activities
  • Take P&L responsibility, ensuring delivery of targets on Net Revenue, Gross Margin, the 4Ps (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion), and Net Working Capital
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing to maximize sales, optimize shelf presence, and improve promotional effectiveness
  • Analyze sales data (e.g. Nielsen) to provide insights into the performance of the 4Ps, with a strong focus on promotions and new product launches
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Services to ensure accurate forecasting and sufficient stock availability for customers
